Digital Nas claims that Kanye West and Playboi Carti’s recent feud is about to come to an end.
The producer, who has been hanging out with West lately, made the announcement on Sneako’s broadcast.
“Ye is in contact with [Carti affiliate] Fritz [Owens,” he stated. I believe that a reunion is imminent. Hopefully. Seeing my brothers apart bothers me.
West and Carti have been at odds ever since the creator of Opium removed West from his eagerly anticipated album MUSIC because of his contentious social media posts concerning violence against women, the Ku Klux Klan, and antisemitism.
West retorted, “This n-gga is stupid, bro,” threatening to ruin Carti’s career. You know, this isn’t your niece, n-gga, when I’m with my children. In reference to the Atlanta rapper’s most recent attempt to work with his daughter North, he said, “This is my daughter, n-gga.”
Additionally, West stated: “Boy, don’t mess with me! N-gga, don’t fucking play with me! N-gga, you’re allowing these white people and these Jews to exploit us against that other group. N-gga, I put you on!
Later, when West was staying at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles, he would say that Playboi Carti pulled up on him with a revolver.
As their rivalry seems to go beyond social media, West made several claims about his former pal and collaborator during his contentious Twitch broadcasting debut.
“This n-gga told me he was at the Chateau with a gun, n-gga,” West stated on the broadcast. N-gga, what does that mean? Additionally, the n-gga claims that he is not online. In other words, what are we discussing if you are not online? So I’m not saying nothing.
Regarding West’s gunfire, Carti has largely been silent and has not yet addressed his allegation that he arrived at his hotel brandishing a gun.
West and Carti had previously collaborated on songs like Donda’s hit song “Off the Grid,” the number-one single “Carnival,” and “Go2DaMoon” off the “Magnolia” rapper’s second album Whole Lotta Red before their falling out.
